The jacket is great, once I received it. I like everything except my order got misplaced and it took many phone calls over a couple of weeks to track status. Status showed "shipped" but I was advised by customer service that this does not mean it was shipped. Not sure why this is the case and it made tracking status impossible online. That's why I had to call. Product great, service lousy.

I have found that ordering a leather jacket online is not the easiest thing to do, sizing is a BIG problem. this is the third jacket I have ordered here., the cheaper price turned into a lot of return shipping charges making a good deal less attractive. like the coat finally!, but I could have spent the same money and bought a coat local that fit the first time and I would not have had to waste so much time with sending back mis sized coats at my expense.
