Most of our orders ship within 1-3 business days after you place an order and arrive 2-9 business days at your doorstep. For faster processing and shipping, please order online. Orders placed online are processed first.

We ship an order with the items that are available (in stock). All out-of-stock items will be placed on back order-you will be notified of this once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Numbers

After your order ships, motorcyclecenter.com will e-mail you a tracking number. You can also get the tracking number for your order by logging in our website (after you sign up for a free shopping account and make a purchase). The tracking link is located under My Account link near the top of the page.

Shipping Rates

Motorcyclecenter.com offer Free Domestic Shipping on all orders over $89 (to 48 contiguous states) and $7.95 Flat Rate Domestic Shipping on orders under $89 (to 48 contiguous states). The chart below shows all the shipping services we offer with their estimated rates and estimated delivery time. The rates from the chart are estimates for U.S. orders; your actual shipping rate will depend on the exact weight and destination of your order. Remember that business days do not include weekends and holidays.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska

Hawaii and Alaska customers can choose between FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Next Day Air. Orders with P.O. box addresses are shipped with USPS Priority Mail only. The estimated rate for shipping a package with USPS Priority Mail to Hawaii or Alaska is $14.95-$16.95, depending on the package weight. Please do not select Ground Shipping for these two destinations - all orders placed with Ground Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska will be cancelled.

Shipping to Puerto Rico

Puerto Rico customers must select FedEx International Economy or UPS Expedited as a shipping method. Orders placed with any service other than FedEx International Economy or USPS Expedited will be cancelled. Please provide your full shipping address without abbreviations. Please provide a full shipping address. Do not abbreviate your shipping address because your order can be delayed. You can verify your correct shipping address here.

Shipping to Unverified Address (Different than Billing Address)

We do ship to different addresses than your billing address (credit card address) but we will first verify your order as a precaution against fraud. Because of the verification process, all orders with unverified addresses will be delayed.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Motorcyclecenter.com ships to P.O. boxes at no additional charge. P.O. box orders are shipped within 2-5 days after placing an order.

Shipping to APO, FPO, and Other U.S. Military Addresses

Motorcyclecenter.com does not ship to APO, FPO, or any other U.S. military addresses. All orders with an APO, FPO, or other military addresses will be cancelled automatically.

Re-Routing Shipped Packages

To reroute a shipped package, please contact our customer service to make a request. The fee for rerouting a package is $10-$15. Additional shipping costs may apply to have your package rerouted or intercepted to a different address.

Rejected/Undelivered Packages

Rejected and undelivered packages are returned to motorcyclecenter.com. If you'd like us to resend your package, a new shipping fee will apply. If we don't here from your again, we treat the order as cancelled and refund the money minus the initial shipping cost.
