Four ATV brand is owned and distributed by O'Neal Distributing Inc., a company that also manages two other motorcycle-gear brands: O'Neal MX and Blur Optics. The founder of the O'Neal company, Jim O'Neal, was a professional motocross rider and pioneer in making aftermarket motorcycle parts that modify street into off-road bikes. After the success of its first motocross products - the Preston Pretty fenders, the company started offering motocross apparel and accessories.
